I've loved writing as long as I can remember. When I discovered a local chapter of RWA, I started
on my way to fulfilling a life-long dream. After placing in several RWA contests, I bit the bullet and
starting sending in manuscripts. To my surprise, people liked them!
I give you a strong, worldly heroine with real desires that will make you sweat. Sure, I love a happy
ending...my stories deliver that, too. They also give the reader adventure and a spicy connection
between the characters that may be unconventional. I hope you find the change of pace exciting.
Having lived on the east coast all my life, from New Hampshire to North Carolina, I've met
characters -- oops -- people from all walks of life. Half my life has been spent with a wonderful
man who is an inspiration to me (and probably not the way you think!) Now that my kids are
almost on their own, I have more time to write. Yea! And less excuses not to. :-p
All in all, my days are as ordinary as yours...laundry, errands, keeping track of who's doing what
when, trying not to raid the fridge every five minutes, etc. It's just my imagination that makes me
unique!
